A: Yes — AGAPE works exclusively with US-based childcare, therapy, and SPED centers. I'm based in the Philippines, which means I work during US business hours and am available when your center needs backend support most. All communication is in English, all pricing is in USD, and I'm fully set up to collaborate remotely with your team using the tools you already use — Gmail, Google Drive, and your preferred scheduling platform.
A: Most centers are fully set up within the first two weeks. Here's how it works: after you sign up, I send you a short onboarding form to understand your current systems and priorities. We then schedule a 30-minute kickoff call, and from there I get straight to work — building your CRM tracker, intake forms, follow-up templates, and booking system. By the end of Week 1, you'll already start to feel the difference. By end of Week 2, everything is running.
A: No — I work with whatever tools your center already uses. Most of my clients run on Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) which you likely already have. I build your systems inside tools that are free or low-cost, so there's no additional software expense on top of your AGAPE plan. If you'd like to upgrade to a paid CRM or automation tool down the line, I'll guide you through that — but it's never required to get started.
A: Every plan includes inquiry management, follow-up systems, CRM tracking, and parent communication support — the core backend that keeps your center organized. The Growth plan adds light automation, social media scheduling, and newsletter support. The Premium plan adds advanced workflows, bookkeeping support, and a monthly strategy call with me directly.
What I don't do: in-person support, curriculum development, or clinical/therapy services. I focus entirely on the operational backend — the systems that run behind the scenes so your team can focus on the families and children you serve.
A: There are no long-term contracts. AGAPE runs on a simple month-to-month arrangement — you're billed monthly and can cancel anytime with 14 days notice before your next billing date. I build the kind of systems and relationships that make directors want to stay, not contracts that force them to. If at any point AGAPE isn't the right fit, I'll make the offboarding as smooth as the onboarding.
A: A virtual assistant executes tasks you assign. AGAPE designs and manages your entire backend system — and then runs it. I don't wait for instructions; I proactively identify gaps, build the structures to fix them, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks without you having to ask.
I also specialize exclusively in childcare, therapy, and SPED centers — which means I already understand your world, your families, and the unique admin challenges you face. You're not training a generalist; you're working with someone who built this service specifically for centers like yours.
